I have a very complicated parental alienation case that has been ongoing for several years with little progress in seeing my child. I have spoken with many attorneys over the course of the case but never really felt heard. Many people had the attitude that this was just the way of things for fathers in UT or conversely promised grandiose results with little delivery.

More recently, I met Wendy Vawdrey, an associate attorney with Howard Lewis & Petersen. Working with Jacob was a nightmare. He went through numerous paralegals throughout the duration of my case he failed to do his job and almost lost the case because of it, and then proceeded to take the majority of my money.

2018 I got into this car accident, it was horrible. I didn’t know what to do but I was advised to get a lawyer. Thanks to the reviews from Howard Lewis and Petersen I decided they would be a good option to check out.! I can tell you they did not disappoint. My first meeting took all the stress and anxiety I had about handling the case, and after that the whole process has been smooth sail. What I appreciate most about my lawyer Ken is that he is detailed oriented, he explained what would happen, expectations on the case, ran through timelines on about how long things might take, and sought for my best interest. This wasn’t only once though, anytime we talked, it was in detailed! Even though I knew they were busy, they always made me feel like a priority and that made the difference. A little while ago, my wife and I asked Pete Lattin to prepare a Will for us. He was very knowledgeable about Wills. He wasn't just interested in preparing a Will, but he took the time to answer all of our questions and explain to us all the issues with the Will. He also made sure that we were including all the correct provisions in our Will. We are very grateful for his advice and expertise.

I know that if I have any further questions that occur later, I can give Pete a call or send him an email and he will respond quickly, as he has many times before.
