Ben took on my divorce case half way through and was extremely professional and stuck to the facts.The best interest of the child was always put into play and I was satisfied with the final judgement. Great family law experience! Very fast service knows the law and aren't just out there for your money they are there to help you in your troubled times and make sure everything gets done in timely manner. I'd recommend this law firm to anyone that's need actions taken now and to be taken seriously. Benjamin Hotz was the attorney I used and if I ever need help in Franklin county or Missouri in general I'll be using him again. The 3 star rating isn't accurate don't believe what I'm saying how them and find out for yourself

I contacted Ben Hotz and he did not know me. Im from another state. He returned my call very fast. I explained why I needed his services. He didn't hesitate to take me on as a client even though I was out of state. He gave me a very fair cost and I couldn't have been happier. Mr. Hotz immediately started working on my case. He won me my case and changed my life and I am forever grateful. The staff here is wonderful. Ms. Erika always responded right back when Mr Hotz was out of office and made sure I was always aware of everything going on in my case. I would definitely recommend this law office. Ryan Helfrich was PR for my brother's estate. It's not fair to hold him responsible for not knowing how to manage an estate of this size for lack of experience, but the lack of professionalism is inexcusable. When Ryan was removed as PR, the transition to my mother was unprofessional and Ryan did not cooperate willingly. He was rude, combative, didn't want to answer questions and made the transition more difficult than it needed to be. He then called our attorney to say that my 75 year old mother was rude to him and made him feel bad. He got his money and didn't care about the job he did nor have any empathy for a grieving mother. "I wouldn't recommend him to be a dog catcher." Quote from my Dad.

Helfrich: A judge appointed him as a mediator for my custody case. He was completely disrespectful. Arrogant. He does not care. I was late to an appointment with him because I had my daughter at an important doctor appointment. Ran late. I called when I had the chance. He spoke down to me. Nobody has treated me that bad in a professional setting. EVER. Mind you… my appointment was at 1pm. He spoke like this to me at 1:16pm. Incredibly rude. He has no right to speak to ANYONE like that.
