First, I will say that Michael and his paralegal Carol are both kind and caring people. But, I must say that I can't get past the pricing. It may be that I am just fundamentally cheap. But to my mind, at the end of the day, $10,000 dollars is just too much for an uncontested divorce with no custody issues. We basically brought in an arbitrator, passed some paperwork back and forth and finished in a day. As I've said, maybe I'm out of touch with the market but the cost just struck me as high. Clearly a capable attorney with a competent staff. But...ten thousand dollars?
