if you want to get all the benefits you qualify for from workman's comp you need legal representation! i strongly recommend Hernandez Law, Inc.
had i not been represented by Hernandez Law the insurance company covering workman's comp for my employer would never have informed me as to what benefits were available. thanks to all @ Hernandez Law!!!

The Worker's Compensation process can be a daunting and challenging process. Of course every case is different, but there is no doubt it can test one's patience. Looking back now, I am grateful that I chose to work with Joseph Hernandez and his team of professional and responsive individuals at Hernandez Law, Inc. At every different bump in the road, they were there to support and go to bat for me and made sure I was taken care of medically and financially, while I was healing and out of work. They even went as far as to aide me in the transition process in education to train for future employment. At the end of the day, good business is good business.
