Words can not express how thankful I am for David and the Heiman Law Firm. He was so helpful, understanding, and listened to every concern I had and always had a solution. I have been in a custody battle for 3 years and David has been with me every step of the way. He is an amazing lawyer and will fight with everything he has for you. Trust me on this! Do not look any further than David Heiman for your divorce or custody issues, he is hands down the best Texas family law attorney and proved that over and over again. If you have to trust one attorney with what matters to you most, your kids, trust David! And please disregard that one bogus negative review! Total nonsense! There is absolutely no way anyone could say communication is anything less than overdelivering, extremely responsive, timely and even ahead of time in all communication. David absolutely cares about his clients deeply and thinks about what’s coming then makes sure you have the time to respond and follows up to ensure no deadlines are missed. It’s crucial to have a team supporting and working just as hard and Shannon was always on top of it and super responsive. Thank you David and Shannon for all of your masterful and always hard working and dedicated legal efforts on my behalf. Can’t recommend you guys highly enough!!!
