This was my partner & I's first year having our taxes done here (we are new to the area so the location is also extremely convenient!) and we will most definitely be back! We had a great experience. Jannetta was very kind & knowledgeable, the process was quick and easy, and there was so much comfort in being able to actually sit down with a professional to file our taxes so we could understand the whats and the whys. I was extremly stress to file my taxes due to receiving a state tax letter of debit and possible garnishment. Not to mention, months had past from deadline to even file. I called Hatfield tax service left a message within 24 hours (5 hours, actually) I had a personal appointment outside of office hours. Jennetta, the owner, provided me with exemplary professional tax services. She did everything in her abilities to get my "situation" resolved in a surprisingly timely manner and more than I could ask for. I strongly recommend this professional business to our tax paying Nation. ( to all, not just friends and family). Thank you for going above my expectations!
