I've been working with Angela Hamner to settle my husband's estate, and couldn't be happier. She was so patient and kind in explaining everything to me up front, and has kept me informed every step of the way. Prices are reasonable for services rendered (everyone expects something for free these days, so the previous review made me laugh!). She also set up my will, healthcare proxy and executor of estate for me, and that was also quick and easy. Highly recommend Harris Elder Law for any estate or living will needs.

Opportunistic vultures. Could care less about the clients, panders to the nursing homes and hides behind probate court. Charges $400/hr to file a Medicaid application, but takes bonds from probate court and reports back to nursing homes, never even bothers to meet the clients he's responsible for. Refuses to provide billing information to families, hasn't followed-up on anything he's promised, conveniently forgets when provided information in order to expedite claims. I'd avoid at all possible costs.
