Linda and I can unconditionally recommend Graves Law if you are in need of legal assistance with a construction problem. With their help, we successfully concluded the mediation process regarding foundation issues with our home.

We retained the services of Graves Law in November of 2019. Mr. Graves immediately assessed our issue and laid out a plan, which included filing some important paperwork that ensured all of our rights were preserved. Had we not engaged his services, we would likely have missed the deadline for these filings and been left without recourse. The rest of the process was similar. Mr. Graves has a deep understanding of Colorado construction law. He clearly communicated with us during all steps in the process, worked closely with our engineer, and guided us through the final negotiations. We do not believe things would have gone nearly as well without his guidance.

We would also like to recognize the help and support we received from Karen, a paralegal at Graves Law. She was always available to answer questions. She prepared documents and filings and worked closely with us to ensure all facts in the case were correct and clearly stated. She was also involved in the final mediation. The material she compiled served as a great reference during negotiations.

We can’t say enough about how Mr. Graves helped us during our difficult time. He was assisting my mom when her identity was stolen. Then unfortunately she passed away in 2019 and he assisted us with her estate. He also assisted me and my sister when our brother passed away in 2021 with his estate. Made the process easy for us as there were some issues with my brothers estate. I would recommend him!
