A+++ SERVICE!! I called Harford for advice on computing penalties for late AMT payments, planning to schedule an appt. Not only was I offered immediate assistance over the phone, she helped me figure out that I had overpaid and needed to file an amendment. With her guidance I was able to complete the correction and will be getting a refund for overpayment from the state. I'm very grateful and super impressed with the service I received, and will absolutely be calling Harford for my future tax service needs!

I wanted to like and trust this place, but the service I received was absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. Weeks went by after I submitted my information online and I had to reach out to them because I hadn’t heard anything. Their response was, “it’s been crazy around here!” I was told they filed an extension for me which was not true. I ended up owing nearly $1,000 in late fees to the IRS.
