I utilized their service for a few months. It was easy to use and the interface was friendly. As you are filtering through the potential investment properties, you will find that many of the deals are already long gone, however their are still great opportunities to be had. Since it is inexpensive, I say it is worth using.

I have requested for a refund many times through email transmissions and phone and they have ignored the request. Additionally, I obtained my lawyer. My lawyer tried contacting Happy Investor via email and certified mail and we still have not received a response from Happy Investor. On the website of Happy Investor it states "100% Money Back Refund Policy." All I want is my money back because I decided not to renew this year.

I get their emails, but recently learned my usual sign in or these types of sites had been hacked on a different site so I wanted to change my sign-in credentials. When I tried to do so, I could not find anywhere that would allow me to change my password. I emailed them to request that they either delete my account or allow me to change my password BUT my email was returned because the mailbox was FULL! That's a sure sign that either they don't care about listening or they are just so understaffed that they can't handle their business in a professional manner. They evidently rely solely on an algorithm to manage their listings but are too lazy to be there for their customers. Sorry, but that's my take on the situation.

At first I was not satisfied with the service because after paying for a full access account, the site would limit my number of views of properties. I called and requested a refund. Some guy that said he would take my information and pass it along helped me. I thought it was a bust at that point, however I then was able to have full access with no limit. I have realized that all the data is out there on the web for free if you just gather it (Zillow, Realtor.com, Truila...etc. Yet it is nice to have it the information already packaged up. I just would like to see a way to search for single addresses, and a way to search for types of listing (off market mainly). So far however, I am satisfied. JS
