The older I get, the more complicated taxes have become. As a habitual H&R Block home user, I was concerned when we owed a lot more than the previous year. My mom referred me to Jay and once he was able to review our taxes, he saw that someone was doing something very wrong (who has 2 thumbs and owed a lot of money to the government?). He was not only able to get us out of a bad situation, owing a lot of money, but actually get us a small return and set us up for success the next year. We are definitely going with Jay every year going forward.

I met Michel Warner a few years ago when I had to close down my old LLC due to a horrendous CPA. This time, I started fresh with Michel filling all the tax docs to form the new tax entity.
