Although I appreciate the consultation we were cut off at the 40 min mark and I was told on boarding paperwork would b sent to me. Never received paperwork nor a return phone call or response to my email asking for on-boarding paperwork or a referral. Unprofessional and my case is time sensitive. Not cool, you could just reply that you don't have the time or aren't interested.
