everything was done remotely (I'm in St. Louis, the firm is in Austin & San Antonio). They handled my mother's probate estate for some small financial accounts - the process does take time (the courts aren't very quick in their calendaring of things, and notices have statutory time requirements), but we got it wrapped up - from death to finish, about 20 months. Your mileage may vary.

Firm was very professional in all their interactions, you'll work heavily with a paralegal. That's how the economics of a law firm work - so don't be surprised that 90% of your interactions aren't with either of the lead attorneys. You don't need that for routine probate matters.

I found them online, from their website and videos, was not disappointed in my find/selection.
