I contacted Hackard Law when I suspected one of my father's caregivers of financial elder abuse. A friend recommended Hackard Law. I called the office and spoke with Emma. She compassionately listened to my concerns and told me Mike Hackard would contact me. Within a few hours I received a call from Mike. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, guiding me through the steps I could take to protect my father financially. He answered all my questions and shared his family's personal experience of financial elder abuse. Mike spent all this time with me and shared his invaluable knowledge at no cost! I hope my family's situation does not require legal intervention, but if it does, the first call I will make is to Hackard Law.
