Preparing a will can seem daunting, however, Brandon put any apprehensions we felt at ease. Gail, Brandon’s Paralegal, is great! Gail made the signing and notarizing go so smoothly. I had a very frustrating experience with Guest and Gray Law Firm. While the firm was quick to bill me, communication was severely lacking throughout the process. My divorce was filed in May 2024, and mediation took place in November. However, the paperwork for the final divorce decree wasn’t sent to me until February 10th, with no updates or notifications about the delay until I reached out.

Even after signing the paperwork, it still hasn’t been filed, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. Throughout the entire process, I continuously received bills for email communications (which I was hesitant to send, knowing I’d get charged), as well as for paper documentation drafted, but no progress or results.

The lack of communication and constant billing for services without tangible results made the entire experience incredibly stressful. I had hoped for a smoother process, but instead, it felt like I was constantly chasing them for updates. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend them to others.
