First time filing my tax and I was charged $1700 to file business and personal and all they say I would get back is $57 for personal and owe $9 when I have never file tax before. While dealing with this company I would never used them again because they don't keep up with their clients and they will suck you dry. If I had know what to do I would have never spend $1700 for just filing.

Says, calls are getting annoying. Pretty unprofessional. Seems like folks needing to redeem property taxes would be great clients for handling any other tax related services... Or they should have done more research on business name before applying for the LLC.

But seriously, what service provider complains about getting cold called, and then posts on google about it?

"Chandra does an extremely thorough job explaining the various tax rules. She understands her clients needs and can answer any question related to income taxes. Also, she is patient and responds with kindness when answering questions that probably seem redundant or less than informed. I can't recommend Guardian Tax Associates LLC enough!!!!!
