I can't speak for other employees here but I wouldn't work with Janet Lunt again. She made it sound all good and we were getting money back after closing. After signing we get a call a couple hours later saying we actually owe thousands of dollars after the fact because of a mistake she made. It was super frustrating especially since we weren't super familiar with the process and were putting a lot of trust into people we were working with. Just a few hours later come to find out she pulled something like this with other people selling their house. Guess you can't trust anybody anymore. It just left a really bad taste in my mouth and now I warn other people to watch out if they have to work with this company and recommend to see if they can work with someone else if possible.

On 10/22/2020, We worked with an Escrow Officer by the name of "Janet Lunt" and my wife and I went to sign papers to close on the house that we are selling. During the process of signing, she said that the cash to close would go to us so we thought we'd be making money as she mentioned. So my wife and I were excited about this. We left there happy. Hours later, got a call from Janet Lunt stating that she made a mistake and that she was sorry to tell us some bad news. She said that the cash to close was actually us to pay as for taxes which by the way was thousands and thousands of dollars and she specifically said when we went to sign papers that it's supposed to be cash that we get. I don't understand how she missed that. It's a big deal as a customer because money is touchy and you can definitely make someone happy with good news all to just have it be bad news later all due to an error of someone's mistake. I feel like now we are paying for her mistake. I feel she lacks communication, experience, and thoroughness. It's a serious deal and because of this, I will no longer be a customer and neither will my wife, friends, and business friends.
