Jim is a competent CPA and attorney. As is unfortunately the reputation of some attorneys, Jims primary interest appears to be billable hours, sometimes at the expense of a relationship. This became evident when an attempt to engage his legal advisory services was met with a "you have a balance due of $200" instead of appreciation for the numerous referrals and thousands of dollars spent on his representation. Short sighted in my opinion. There are too many good attorneys whose representation will focus primarily on your interests as a client rather than lining their pockets.
