My office called in this morning after googling real estate attorneys in the area looking for help with a deed for one of clients that never went on record 12 years ago. The receptionist asked if it was a closing that their office had done and after being told it was not, she asked bluntly, "So what do you want our firm to do about it then?" Sassy and unprofessional to say the least.
