Always above and beyond the call of duty!

I live nearby and have been using the shop for years.

Always friendly, fast, highly professional.

And recently they helped me save $2000+ on an international shipment, which involved repackaging a giant box into three smaller boxes, all done quickly by on premises.

I scheduled a uhaul pickup here and had confirmed online to pick it up here. Staff told me I was at the wrong place. Staff seemed unbothered and unconcerned even after I showed my reservation. Don’t use the uhaul service offered here. U haul never notified me that the pickup location changed. I was able to get my rental in Mountain View but had received no notifications.

Unbelievable. The woman by the counter tried to charge me $5 for picking a UPS access point package. That woman kept asking why I used her address and I was like this is the pick up spot available from Macy’s. She was like “You pay $5 or I will send it back” She better send it back. What a horrible experience. UPS or whatever mailing agents better take this place off their networks or else they are helping this shady shop running scams

The Greenmail folks are kind and neighborly, much more "human" than the UPS stores in the area (avoid the grumpies at the T&C UPS store). They go out of their way to be helpful, and it's family owned and operated. Great service!

Try to scam money with UHaul, I selected no insurance online. They added without telling me. They also didn’t mention at all need to fulfill the gas before returning. They charged 30 dollar connivence fee and 26 dollar for 4 gallon of gas, while I only drove 30 miles.

Very quiet and clean mail shop. The owners were really nice. I had to get fingerprints my live scan and they were super quick and courteous. They had some mild incense that I liked so I asked about it. They said you couldn't get it here, only in India, so they gave me a small sample to try at home.

Great mom-n-pop shop. Courteous and helpful. Knowledgeable and helpful. DO pay attention to hours of operation. It's a small business and they are not open late. They do have virtual mailbox service through iPostal1, with app. Good pricing as well.
