This was my first time ever talking to ANYlawyer, and let me tell you, Josué Cristóbal Guerrero has set the bar high for any future attorney interactions. I'm a tenant in a foreclosed home, I needed to know my rights, particularly with SB1079 in California. Josue really listened and understood where I was coming from.
