I have called several times in attempt to receive help in regards to an abandon car parked on a city street and have yet to either have my calls answered or returned. I put in a request almost a month ago regarding the situation, but nothing has been done about it. Is there a employee shortage that I don't know of? Or is the department really too busy to answer my calls? I would love to solve the parking situation as soon as possible.
