Grasons Pomona Valley did a fantastic job on the estate sale of my mom‘s house. They did everything exactly as they said they would. They were efficient, marketed well, appeared to of staged well and we’re just overall very easy to deal with. I want to give a special shout out to Sunshine Matthews. I was in contact with sunshine quite a bit and she just took care of everything. I really trusted her. Additionally, they left my mom‘s home in perfect condition. They cleared everything out, cleaned everything up and it was just spotless. I highly recommend David and his team.

Unprofessional and Overpriced - Look Elsewhere! If you're considering an estate sale with Grasons Pomona Valley, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. My experience was incredibly disappointing due to their unprofessionalism and overpriced items.

1) Overpriced Items: They consistently overprice their items, making it difficult to find reasonable deals. encountered a cabinet priced at $375, and when offered $300, was met with hostility. 2) Unprofessional Staff: Sunshine and Brandon, in particular, were extremely rude and demeaning. They accused me of nickel and diming ($375 to $300 lol), which was not only uncalled for but also unprofessional.

Brandon's attitude was a major issue. His ego seemed to get in the way of conducting business, ultimately stopping sales from happening. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for them. For any homeowners looking to downsize or conduct an estate sale, I recommend seeking other, more professional companies. Save yourself the frustration and find a service that values its customers.

After living in Claremont for 32 years, my husband and I decided to retire, sell our condominium (including most of our belongings), and leave the Los Angeles area. We were excited about the possibilities but, honestly, the thought of moving was overwhelming. “How would we downsize?” “Where should we start?” Over 32 years we had acquired not only a house full of furniture and home goods, but also numerous valuable collections, including Disney, Asian, and an extensive amount of both indoor and outdoor Holiday décor.
I searched the internet and found Grasons of Pomona Valley. Their website was impressive, this is what I was looking for, an estate liquidation company. I met David, the owner of Garson’s and his manager, Sunshine. Two of the nicest, most understanding, and accommodating people I’d met in a long time.
I had an unusual situation with our HOA. They do not allow “garage”, “moving”, or “estate sales”, due to parking issues and the potential disruption of our “condominium community”. David and Sunshine devised a plan to schedule an estate sale for us “by appointment only”, with offsite parking, and no visible exterior intrusions that might concern our HOA. Obviously, this created more work on their part, but they were happy to do it, determined to make the sale happen and help us achieve our goals. By the time all was said and done, Grasons had arranged three different sales and, thanks to their experience and expertise, we sold over $20,000 in furniture and goods.
Grasons’ service does cost but, here are some tips I found, to maximize net profit and minimize cost: the more work you do for yourself, the less Grasons’ employees need to do. Don’t waste Grasons time deciding what you are keeping and selling, do this before they arrive - time is money. Grasons will handle every detail; advertising, pricing, setup, manage the sale, and after-sale break down. They are experts at pricing, and they know what the market will bear. They also have an impressive list of contacts, people they will reach out to, who are specifically interested in your belongings (This was an incredible resource and helped us achieve sales goals we would never have been able to reach on our own).
Grasons was professional, knowledge, communicative and reliable. David and Sunshine worked very hard to get the most money possible for our furniture, our treasures, and even our junk, allowing us guidance, support and stress-free solutions, all in a timely manner.
I cannot recommend Grasons enough and, even if you are not sure what you need, or where to begin, contact David and Sunshine, they are experts at knowing how to facilitate your goals.
