I’m a single mother and have children also two grandchildren and a dog.This company gave me a wonderful opportunity to work for them for two years. I had an enjoyable experience with this company. They do not get back with you ,if you call you’ll speak with a representative she’ll send you to talk to a recruiter but they never answered the phone. They just sent you the voicemail. If you leave a voicemail they never call you back. I’ve been calling for almost 3 weeks. Never got a call back. Never got a email and never got an answered as many times as I have called, this is the worst temp agency I’ve came across because they do not get back with you and they do not care to let you know if you can get the job or not. The last time I called yesterday. I finally was a little frustrated and I asked the representative that kept sending me to the same voicemail , when is the best time to call the recruiter because every time I call it sends me the voicemail and I still haven’t got a callback or a response in three weeks. She sounded like she got attitude with me telling me well I told her to give you a call and she’ll get back with you. I proceeded to tell her I’ve been calling for almost 2 weeks and I’ve left plenty of messages on her voicemail and still haven’t received the response. I put in more than one application and it seems like there’s only one recruiter.

I'm starting to think all these reviews are fake because everything these other people have experienced I haven't, not even close. I don't have a recruiter and if I do they just don't care, this is just a pay check for them because I've never heard from them. All these jobs I've applied for that I know I have the qualifications for I've heard nothing back from but the job is still posted a week or 2 later. From what I've experienced with them let's me know a lot of these reviews are probably AI generated.

Staff was very nice and helpful, completing my application took very little time. Overall a great experience and I’m currently working at a new job thanks to them, the place is nice and is not too difficult.
