I had worked with another lawyer before and she was great, helped me a lot, very efficient also, but cold and too strict; so many times she got mad at me for not having this or that ready. If anyone is looking for an experienced and easy to work with immigration attorney look no further, Gabriela is the real deal! We did the entire Spousal/marriage process with her and it was such a smooth experience. Gabriela found a way to let my husband go visit his mother in Mexico with Advance Parole, which also allowed him to adjust his status inside of the US without leaving to Mexico.

In adddition we faced the hurdle of needing to apply for the I-601 waiver grounds of inadmissibility due to our Religious and Moral Convictions. Although, it seemed complicated, Gabriela made the process easy to understand and anwsered all our questions along the way. She definitely prepared us well for this interview and went up and beyond our expectations. This is a tough waiver to get approved, if you do not have an experienced attorney. She advocated for our case and gave the official an in depth and accurate summary of our belief systems and why we meet the criteria to qualify for this waiver. Without her I feel it would have been challenging for us to explain our case to the USCIS official, as we were very nervous but Gabriela kept her calm and was collected despite the official having some big concerns regarding our application. We are very grateful for her and we were so happy to have her sitting in the interview with us because it really did make all the difference.

That being said, I have already recommended a family member her way and anyone reading this because she is very easy to work with, wants the best outcome for all her clients and is savy enough to win your case!
