We had a disappointing experience with this firm. We hired them after a meeting; they said we could file a lawsuit after six months in AP. However, we filed after nine months, and after six months of litigation, the decision was "Motion to Dismiss." They claimed a 14-month waiting period was not unreasonable.
We requested them to re-file a new lawsuit after the decision was made, and this time, they said we have to wait for 12 to 18 months. If we have to wait for that long, then why would we sue?
14+18= 32 months.
I don't think they'll have to do it again because the embassy will issue me a visa, and they can save their services.
