Glassupply.com provided us with a top quality frameless glass deck railing. Our contractor had not worked with their product before, but had no difficulty with the installation, was impressed with the quality and found the instructions provided concise and easy to follow.

Delivery was on time and the product was very well packaged and was in perfect condition despite some apparent rough handling in transport.

Customer service was excellent and always quick to respond.

There has been excellent customer service throughout my build. I initially emailed before construction began, asked the pre build questions, and it seemed I just had more and more questions as time went. The sales team was diligent with getting back to me, and continued to answer every question I threw out. Finally it was time to order. Order went smoothly, shipping did as well. Everything arrived in a timely manor! As a DIY, I was very appreciative throughout the process to have good support. After Installation was complete, I have gotten nothing but complements! It went together VERY well, and I am definitely a stickler for small details! My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the glass and hardware. I made the right choice on the company I chose. I would absolutely purchase again.

I ordered a piece of glass from Glassupply.com. No where on the website does it say how long it takes to deliver. After they received the order they emailed me back with a 4 week shipping time, not including transient time. I can get the same piece of glass locally within 48 hours. I tried to cancel, immediately after receiving the delivery timeframe, and they said it was too late. Plan on waiting forever for your delivery.
