Very hostile work environment. They reply to negative reviews by stating why people were terminated. Maybe they should ask themselves why so many people are not happy working there. I can go ahead and answer that one. David Eastwood is a terrible boss. He lacks charisma, micromanages, punishes instead of praises, and and creates an oppressive office environment.

As far as my Orientation and Training it was Amazing being educated by MR.LARRY AND THE TEAM at Geotech Engineering it was a great experience learning the different testing and guiding ME through the resources to be a successful employee.By being apart of a GREAT COMPANY is something to be PROUD OF to be apart of GEOTECH ENGINEERING AND TESTING. Working at Geotech Engineering and Testing under David Eastwood was a truly miserable experience. The environment felt oppressive, with employees being constantly berated, singled out, and treated with outright disrespect. Eastwood’s leadership style is nothing short of tyrannical—contradictory, unreasonable, and demeaning.

He expects employees to go above and beyond but offers nothing in return, not even the basic decency or respect that should come with being an employer. The stress and negativity were unbearable, and it felt like no matter how much effort was put in, it was never good enough.

This place is a nightmare to work at, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Geotech Engineering is definitely the place to go for any new development and testing jobs. We have hired their services for the past couple of years and looking forward to work with them for many more years to come. Very diligent group of people, customer satisfaction is amazing, and always on board. Special mention to Mr. Ron which has always been helpful and accurate when performing a work for us.
