Got a ticket. Talked to officer and 2 other people in this office. All said if I do traffic school I will not have to pay ticket. Just $49 for school. Did the school and they still requesting payment for ticket. I called and the lady said. No one told you that. I told her this office was the only office I had been I contact with and she proceeded to argue. And I had to hang up before I started calling her nasty names.

Yall are so corrupt yal court system it aint even funny i was told my brother was arrested for failure to appear and an unspecifed warrant yall send him to prision but a family member was in jail for murder but hes out make yall damn system make sense

I attempted to pay a ticket and the First Lady I talked to was extremely rude. I noticed they had things like my social security number and year of my vehicle wrong as well so I emailed the main clerk lady only to be ignored. The lady I talked to today however was amazing and helped me so much. I don’t remember her name but her patience really made me feel thankful!!

The ladies accepting money for traffic court are awful. They are so rude and argue over things. You do not get notified of court dates and try to embarrass people just because they made a mistake. I'm not sure how certain people get jobs that lack how to provide good customer service. They need to clean house around there.
