This was my first visit to Dr. Suresh Rajendran’s clinic on Dixie Farm branch. It was a great visit and Dr. Suresh was FANTASTIC. I was prescribed tests, the main one being Ultra Sound and some additional tests. I finished the ultrasound test in December of last year. The other two tests were very expensive, so moved it to this year. Results were out in a few days. However no one called me to share the results even though test was NOT normal. NO ONE CALLED ME TO SHARE RESULTS. I thought everything was fine. One of my friends who saw the results after a few months by coincidence and knew how to interpret results told me to call doctor’s office since results were not normal. When I called the clinic, I got a question back why am I calling. After I insisted for the next steps especially since result was not normal they put me on hold. Call got disconnected and no one called back. Frankly I felt a little humiliated during the call. I again got some courage (seriously) to call today. However it was no different from before except that I got the request to conduct more tests. The abnormality that they found has nothing got to do with additional prescribed tests. It is unfortunate that the staff really does not care for follow up AFTER AN ABNORMAL TEST. When I asked for a customer service phone number, I was told there is none or they don’t know.

This must be the worst medical services I have ever received in my 24 years. THE WORST. May be I contacted the wrong person. It is hard to generalize however someone needs to seriously look into this. What if that abnormality could turn into a serious issue over the last 3 months? I’m shocked at the lack of basic human values and courtesy.

Because of the staff’s behavior, I don’t think I can go back to the same doctor anymore even though I felt the doctor was really good.

My PCP sent me to this office for my colorectal screening procedure late last year. Had a good experience from consultation to the procedure itself and follow up care. Staff were friendly and professional, Dr Shah was polite and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. No difficulty in scheduling. Definitely recommend for your GI care.

Dr Shah is ok, I know there's better Dr's out there with caring staff. It's his staff that's not worth two cents which is a reflection on him and he has failed to do anything about it. You can never get anyone to answer, callback or call in the proper medications. I am a dialysis patient and I have to watch my potassium. Why would Dr. Shah or his medical assistant Lupita call me in a prep made of potassium? Dr. Shah, should know better as he's been my Dr for many years and aware im a dialysis patient. I think it's time to find another GI Dr one who will be on top of my care and know what's best for me.

Their system is so flawed. They refuse to call me, the patient, even after using their "tablet" they shove in your face to make the change of phone numbers.
Refused to work with us, while we contacted our insurance to find out why something was denied, and pushed thru a lessed procedure that won't give answers.
Really disappointed with this.

Bad experience, lousiest medical office I have ever been to. First when you call to take appointment, they put you on hold for long time. They supposed to schedule colonoscopy 2 weeks ago, nobody bothered to do it. When I called n left message, one lady called n left message with extension. So I called her 7 times she didn’t answer or reply my call. So I went personally to ask about when they’re going to schedule, it’s been 2 weeks n nobody even started to schedule. So laziest people in medical office.

Very pleased with their knowledge and bedside manner😊 most places run an hour or two behind. I appreciate that I didn’t have to wait for hours to get my procedure performed I have had a few colonoscopies performed before at different locations, but your facility outshine them all. I will recommend you to friends and neighbors. I personally will use your facility again.
