I visited this business today because I was in need of a notary and didn’t feel like going to UPS. The lady who helped me was kind but she scammed me. When it was time to pay, I asked the cost because it was not posted anywhere that I could see. She said “$21”. Now I was a notary and so was my husband. So I thought that was odd for one document with one signature. I paid and left since I had somewhere to be. Upon bringing it to my husband’s attention, he immediately brought up the laws in Texas for notaries. It’s a maximum of $10 per document and an additional $1 per signature. It also states that the prices should be posted where clients can see them plainly. I hate to see businesses taking advantage of people.

I am so so happy i found this place! I have been stressed trying to find someone to notarize a test for me. I contacted many people who were unavailable. I have been filing my taxes with Garcia Notary & Income for 3 years. The Garcia’s have been absolutely amazing and very helpful when it come to filling my taxes. They are always happy to answer any questions I may have. Best part is, all I have to do is forward my W2 and they take care the rest. The Garcia’s are trustworthy and friendly.
