I called today at 9:19AM a girl answered the phone in English she had a horrible attitude and asked if I couldn’t hear her with an attitude when I didn’t hear the question I told her I could barely hear and she scoffed and hung up the phone. Horrible person to have working in an immigration office.

I signed a contract on August 15, 2023 to change my immigration status but due to their disorganization, it took over a year and nothing was done. They changed the assistant handling my case more than three times, and each time, they requested the same information. Despite this, I requested a refund of the money I paid ($1800) and they returned ($1,200) for the work they claimed to have done. However, I don't understand what work was done since they continued to request the same information that I had sent months prior. This is a clear example of the team's disorganization. Not great experience with Garcia’s law
