Had an issue that I needed legal help with, within this firm's range of specialties. Called them, provided some information to the person that answered. She assured me that I'd hear back within a couple of business days. After 2 weeks, I called and left a message. They returned my call, left me a voicemail informing me they were declining my case. Nothing more. Sure would have been nice to have some feedback as to why. Also would have been nice if they'd gotten back to me as promised without my having to chase them down. Avoid these people.

Hi you guys! You’ve been doing my Mom’s Estate since she passed. It’s been a year, Sept 2023-Sept2024, you said it wasn’t much $ and not complicated and yet, it’s been a year. You’ve charged us a lot and given only $240k from a $430k home with 40 acres in Strasbourg Colorado. I don’t want to be charged more for enquiring, when is this done? You said it would take 9 months.

Just wanted to leave a review for Matt Dall at the Gantenbein Law firm. Matt helped us navigate a tough situation with an HOA and the end result was very positive. Matt is patient and clear in his guidance and we will use him for our real estate needs in the future. I particularly liked the fact that he himself was the only person we spoke or dealt with throughout the entire process.

I had a great experience working with Christopher Turner and his team at Gantenbein Law Firm. They were very helpful reviewing my requests and gave me peace of mind when it came time to execute them. Christopher Turner showed kindness, patience and strong knowledge when advising on my case. He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was understanding the verbiage associated with the documents involved in my case. Following my ex-husband's death in 12/2020, I needed to hire an attorney in CO to help settle his estate. I could not have made a better choice! Mr. Turner was friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, and timely. He made himself readily available to answer all of my questions as we moved through the process and always responded to me as quickly as possible. All of our contact was handled remotely and I was amazed by how smoothly it went. I highly recommend this firm and especially Christopher Turner. I wish I lived closer so I could meet him in person and shake his hand for exceeding all of my expectations in handling this sensitive and emotional legal matter for our family.

Highly recommend! Matt helped me peacefully resolve my STR case with my HOA using a demand letter, which was very powerful covering come backs that the HOA might of used in response. They removed the restriction on rental terms. Matt truely cared about my attorney cost and minimized my expenses during my case. He is thoughtful, understands easily, and does an excellent job! He is very knowledgeable. Responds back fast! And tells you everything upfront on how things can go and cost. I am so happy to have my case resolved peacefully.
