The agent named Kate was not only dismissive but also judgmental, claiming that my six years of experience amounted to nothing more than intermediate-level skills. She argued with me and suggested I pursue other types of jobs to meet my salary expectations, despite having no knowledge of my industry. I believe that an agency's role should be to support and assist individuals in finding their next career path, not to judge or demotivate them. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
