LISA GOT JUDGEMENT FOR ME, BUT DID NOT INFORM ME OF MY RIGHT TO FILE FOR WRIT OF POSSESSION WHEN THE TENANT MISSED DEADLINES TO PAY INTO THE COURT REGISTRY. IT TOOK ANOTHER YEAR TO GET THE HOUSE BACK BECAUSE OF HER NONRESPONSIVENESS. SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!

The young lady who answered the phone today was extremely knowledgeable about the eviction process. I never let on that I had a little knowledge of the process myself, just did not feel comfortable filing on my own. She explained the process from beginning to end. Knew of the Judge in the precinct I would be filing in and made excellent suggestions to save me time and money. Highly recommend!

I had a nightmare situation where an ex love interest would not leave my house after I let him stay for awhile when he had no where to go. I tried to figure out the eviction process myself but couldn't. I tried searching online and found a company out of Houston that filed you but they didn't have good reviews. And when I called they answered a few questions but just wanted me to pay first online. Since my case was a little different than the standard renter eviction, I didn't feel comfortable that all my concerns were addressed. So I didn't move forward.

By December my situation was much worse and needed to take action. I did another google search and that's when I ran across Frontier Evictions and saw the great reviews and called and left a message around 3pm. I think it was just after 5pm that day that I got a call from Lisa.

She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt confident that she knew what to do even though my case was a little different than the usual.

I gave it 24 hours to think about and decided to pull the plug. Tha t was all because of Lisa. And the service didn't change once I paid either. I needed a lot of hand holding. Since my guest/tenant was suppose to move out February 4th, I just had Lisa send a letter of notice.

I started getting worried when that he didn't seem to be packing up his things, etc. So I called Lisa to be reminded of the process since my tenant didn't move out. She again walked me through everything.

I was very worried by my guest/tenant has been known to duck law enforcement in the past. He's very good at evading when needed.

She helped me understand in deail how the process worked so that I felt sure that he wouldn't be able to hold up the process if he didn't come to te door when served, etc.

After the 8th, I called Lisa to move to the next round and file the eviction.

My guest/tenant was eventually served without issue. Court was set for March 1st. My guest/tenant showed up to contest it. Thankfully the judge told him to be out in 5 days.

When that didn't happy, I called Lisa again to figure out my next steps. I filled the writ of possession today. I can finally see the end to this nightmare.

This process has been so scary and overwhelming. I couldn't find anyone to help me at first that made me feel confident. So I am very thankful that I came across Frontier Evictions and had Lisa hold my hand all through this process. She helped me keep my sanity all along the way.

I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommend.

I hired Frontier Evictions to handle 2 evictions for me (at the same time). I made it clear that I was hiring them to get the judgments against the tenants for back rent . The tenants moved out, but Frontier Evictions failed to request "alternate service" where Constables would have done additional paperwork and posted a series of notices on the property, thus serving tenants with proper notice of the eviction and allowing the cases to proceed in the court. As a result, my cases expired and I lost 1000's of dollars in claims against the tenants. Later I learned how this process should have worked when I hired another company to handle my next eviction. When those tenants moved out during the eviction process we requested alternate service, notice was served by the Constables (with no additional charges) and the judgment was granted. I regret using Frontier Evictions and I was not satisfied with their efforts or expertise.
