If I could give zero stars I would. They were supposed to help me and did not. Wasted almost 2 months of my time for nothing. The accident happened December 19th and here we are February 4th and was told today that they can’t help me. Stated because there were no witnesses or camera footage, they couldn’t establish who was at fault. They were very lax from the beginning I also had to call them to find this out, they couldn’t even give me the courtesy of a phone call or email to let me know they weren’t going to help me. I would stay away from this law firm unless you want a lot of headaches and heart ache. Update: Since I can’t reply to your comment I will update mine. My anger is definitely NOT misplaced. Yes I’m injured and yes the other driver was at fault which you argued with me about over the phone… this whole case was handled extremely poorly from the beginning. Why was nothing pursued with the police officer that let the video footage lapse after 3 weeks? Was she paid off? Did she know these people? The whole thing seems very suspicious and fishy. And what exactly did you do to advocate for me or my claim? You want to throw in there that I didn’t pay you! Pay you for what?! You didn’t do anything to get paid. You would have gotten paid had you handled my claim properly from the beginning, but you did not. Had the officer done her job and reviewed camera footage like she said she was going to and if you had pushed for that from the beginning instead of waiting weeks after the accident when the footage was no longer available, we wouldn’t be in this situation. I will definitely be spreading how your firm handled things with me to friends and family so no one I know has to go through what I did. This was a horrible experience and unacceptable. I will not be going through the firm ever again and will make sure others also know to stay away.
