Brian was very honest, open and knowledgeable with my situation. He kept me well informed and up to date. In the court room he always kept his cool, was direct and did not let the opposing counsel get to him nor derail him. I felt it was Brian’s knowledge, directness and even kill personality actually frazzled the opposing counsel. Highly recommend Brian Frees!

I was represented and it has been a struggle from early in the process. I have tried multiple times to get all communication related to my case. All I have received is empty promises and silence.

There were several statement made during the proceeding, which the motion or conversation never took place with the court/prosecutor.

Brian is an excellent attorney, very knowledgeable regarding Utah law. Friendly approach with you as a client, but willing to lock down and take a hard stance against the other side. Brian has appeared before nearly all of the judges in Utah's 3rd and 4th District, and is quite experienced with dealing with most prosecutors in these districts as well. Brian is the right man to have in your corner when your back is against the wall!

One of the best defense attorneys in Utah I was in a hard situation already a convicted felon facing more felony charges and brain was aggressive in the court room when needed be worked behind the scenes to make sure every step was a right step, works with your budget and honestly it's worth every dollar or else I wouldn't be sitting here writing this review . I highly recommend this law firm they will do anything to help you trust me , myself and my family thank you brain thanks for your hard work .
