They summarily refused to work with a tribe. They didn't even inquire into the nature of the services or location - Didn't even get to the next question - wouldn't even spend a moment on a referral, showed no professionalism as the first person seemed preoccupied. Later, a second person called back. They indicated they do not do paralegal work (though their business is Freelance Paralegal, that they only assist with certain types of filings. SO if you are looking for paralegals according to the second person they do not do that. In addition, their response indicated a hindsight reasons. The first call, location was never discussed.
