We worked with this firm on the off-market sale of our house and they were fantastic. Their level of service, collaboration, and value for the money was top-tier. I chose Gregg as my attorney for my divorce case and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I live in Pennsylvania and needed the assistance and advice of a Colorado attorney for a real estate transaction. The transaction was in process with about 2 weeks before a closing. I searched for attorneys on the internet and I came across an article written a few years ago by MIchael A. Smeenk, Esq. of the FJG&G law firm in Boulder. I sent him a email with a summary of my issue and was hoping for a reply, but I wasn’t holding my breath. The morning after sending the email I had a response from Michael. His response was assuring and directed me to his assistant Jennifer. Within two days I had answers to my concerns and documents would be in prepared accordingly. My working career consisted of 40 years as a partner in a small CPA firm and I know the importance of being responsive to client needs. I have to say that Michael and Jennifer worked with me on my small project as if it was the most important project in their office. If I ever need legal services again in Colorado I would not hesitate for a moment to reach out to Michael, and highly recommend his services.

I found Michael Smeenk because he had written an article on seller financing, and the house we were interested in was offering that. The sale was moving quickly and Michael was able to counsel us at the last minute. Whenever we needed a document reviewed or advice he responded promptly and thoroughly. He was a great resource and I can't recommend him enough for real estate transactions.

I hired Andrew P. at this firm to help with a dispute resolution with a client. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him. He is intelligent, responsive and well versed on the subject matter. We never made it to court - which was great. I'm putting the whole experience in the win column. I went in fighting on principle on an issue others might have walked away from. Those are always an uphill battle, but it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this firm, and Andrew P.

Their supposed paralegal, Ashley, ruined my experience with the firm. I've worked with over 8 law firms in the past, and I've never had one that was as impatient and rude as what i experienced with them. I won't be returning nor suggesting them to anyone, solely due to my bad experience with who i belito be their paralegal , Ashley.
