They sent me fake product when I ordered from their website. I had this doubt when I first opened box because I realised that the box was already opened before shipping and repackaged, because someone used a blade to remove the unique code provided by Valentino inside the box. In addition to this, when I sprayed the perfume I realized that it clearly doesn’t smell like Valentino Donna Born in Roma Yellow dream EDP, and the smell vanishes within few minutes. I have owned this perfume before so I know how it smells, its longevity, and sillage. Never buying from this website again. The bottle also had a crack at the bottom. Their customer service number doesn’t work because there is no one to whom you can talk to, they removed that support, and the automated message asks you to send an email to their general email but no one will reply to your e-mail. It’s such a shame that they are still in business. Selling fakes by claiming they are 100% authentic, they lack conscience, ethics, and morals. Whatever they are doing is called cheating and fraud.

Went in to look for a particular fragrance today and was greeted by Orlando who was super friendly and helpful. Website did show that they had Roja Enigma in stock, but it wasnt available at the shop, Orlando recommended a couple of fragrance that shared a similar scent profile, ended up getting captivated by a different scent which was PDM Althair. He told me to try it on skin and see how it dries down, which i did.

I Walked around Manhattan and eventually went back to get a bottle of it. This time, i was served by Nat & Taylor, btw Orlando was around too and i told him that i really liked Althair and wanted to get a bottle.

I must admit that all of them were super accommodating to my request, i ended up purchasing the fragrance and left a happy customer. Keep up the energy guys. Much love.
