This is not just a simple review for Fragomen. This is also to express our (me and my family) heartfelt THANK YOU to Fragomen, especially to Erin Goldbarsht and Ali Charif. They both have guided me and assisted me all throughout my journey - from processing my Covid Visa (sc408), to my Skills Assessment with TRA and finally to processing my PR (sc186).

It wasn't a bed of roses. My sc408 visa was lodged 2 weeks before my student visa would expire. I was about to lodge a new student visa at that time but my ever-supportive Boss (the best Boss anyone can have) together with Erin, managed to figure out the perfect visa for me at that time, given my circumstances. My visa was approved 3 days after lodgment and it bought me time to prepare for my dream of getting a PR in Australia.

I was fortunate enough that my company decided to shoulder my skills assessment. Erin introduced me to Ali who then took over and handled my application. And when Erin told me that "I know you’ll be in very good hands," I started to feel confident and hopeful. And she was 100% right. I was indeed in very good hands. Ali was with me every step of my skills assessment. From Stage 1, when TRA was requesting a lot of additional documentary evidences, to Stage 2, when I became too anxious and thought I failed the technical interview but Ali was telling me that I may think I failed but I could be wrong, and finally in making the necessary follow-ups and requests to make sure my assessment result would come out in time for my sc186 lodgment.

And finally, my sc186 visa. I can only say, Fragomen moved mountains just to make things happen for me. My employer approved to sponsor me 3 weeks before my covid visa would expire. We barely had 3 weeks to complete all the requirements and paperwork. To say I was anxious is an understatement. My family and I were already preparing to leave the country, our flight was 2 days before our visa would expire. I kept on asking Ali if we still have time and he would confidently tell me we still do. I held on to that, to his words. I asked him if I can cancel my flight and he said YES and I did because I trusted him. The day before my visa would expire, just one day, and I thought it was already an endgame for me, Ali lodged our 186 visa. He managed to complete everything in just 2 weeks, from both my side and my employer's side. I don't think anyone can ever do it, in such a short time. You have to be that good to do that.

Every time I look back, I feel that Ali, and Fragomen in general, did not do it only for work or because my company is their client. I can feel that it has become personal to them, that they really, genuinely wanted me to succeed. And every time I contact Ali for advice, if I have questions, clarifications, or anything related to my visa, I feel like I am talking to a friend already.

Last 17 December, Ali called to tell me the sweetest news ever, the perfect Christmas present. Our visa has been granted - 4 months after lodgment. It still feels surreal up to this time.

Having worked with Fragomen for more than a year, especially with Ali and Erin, has been an honor. I will be forever grateful for all the support, the efforts, the help, the assistance and guidance you have extended to me and my family. In my lifetime, I could never thank you all enough... I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Fragoman, the preferred immigration agent of my business. The communication throughout my application for permanent residency was lacking, and I was not informed that my application had been approved by the department for an entire week after the fact. (They still haven't emailed me, I wonder whay the case agent is doing) This is unacceptable, and I believe that the fees paid for these services were not justified. I will be providing this feedback to my organization, which uses Fragoman extensively, to ensure that future candidates do not experience similar issues. I kindly request that you consider avoiding their services if possible..
