I'm very disappointed with Foxtrot Family Law and I would never recommend their services to anyone. Their only option for communication is a chat application. Questions were consistently late, or not responded to. There was no preparation or communication with the attorney before court, and we had to track the down the attorney after the hearing for an explanation on what happens next. We felt as if we weren't a priority until they needed to inform us of additional funding needed. If you choose this firm, don't expect to be treated as a priority after they get you signed as a client.

I was pleased by my initial meeting with the firm and the guidance they were able to provide on how my case may move forward. I was also encouraged by their insistence on communication with clients regarding their cases. I paid the retainer fee almost immediately, but then I received no update or communication regarding my case for a month. I also requested an update on my case and did not receive a response. I have since hired another firm and they have already made progress on moving my case forward. I understand I was not their only client and many firms have heavy case loads, but the lack of communication or even updates regarding my case felt dismissive and caused delays in getting my legal issues resolved.
