Called 911 to report a reckless driver who cut me off and then the women was slamming on her brakes in the middle of the road almost causing people to run into me and me to hit her she would floor it then slam on her brakes in the middle of the road there was NO ONE in front of her she was a lunatic, wreck less driving and ran a redlight I called 911 the female operater says oh she probably was stopping at a stoplight, how can you hire such incompetent lazy 911 operators, I'm a military veteran I'm ashamed of your lack of concern for citizens in Baldwin county. Where do you train these people you hire! She has to be the most ignorant person I've ever spoke to in my life. I'll never shop or do anything in Foley again. She didn't even care about the wreckless driver she was almost defending the criminal behavior of her. What an embarrassment to Baldwin county.

These Guys did an outstanding job responding to our call.
We had a car stolen in the night while staying locally. We called within minutes of noticing the empty parking spot. While my wife was on the phone, I was walking the parking lot searching for any cameras that may have caught the act. Before I made it to the end of the next apartment building one unit was already on the scene. Within 2 minutes there was another unit on scene circling the area to see if it may have been "misplaced". (They did not tell me that, but I know what he was doing and I can't fault them for it. I'm sure it happens more often than an actual GTA.) After a couple minutes of letting the officers know all the details we had, they had already contacted someone to rule out towing. They were also very eager to assist in the recovery of my vehicle once it was located in another state. I realize they were just "doing their job", but they seemed to genuinely want to help.

While I did have a car stolen in the area, I think this was a crime of opportunity. These thieves had a method to reprogram my car in such a way only the dealership could correct the issue. It can be assumed that they were looking for a particular car in a semi secluded yet public area which just happened to be mine.

I am blessed that I only lost a few hours on the phone and a few small possessions from the car, however the perpetrators had better hope my wife don't find out who has her "Pink Stanley".

I met a bunch of nice officers here! I even got some uniform patches from them! I even have close contact with Lt. Dearing! I'm hoping that one day I will be able to do a ride along with them! Unfortunately I don't live in their jurisdiction to be around them more often.

Saturday, October 15, 2022 i had a flat tire and ended up in the median on cty rd 20 by Lowes. Foley police officer Powers pulled up behind me and helped me get the things ready for my son-in-law who was on his way to change the tire. I cant tell you how amazing officer Powers is! In this day and age where the police are regarded as the enemy, it certainly is not true of him. Thankyou officer Powers. Your kindness and attitude will forever be remembered.

They told the news as well as officers telling friends to post on Facebook about a family member’s murder yet telling us they can’t tell us anything because it’s a on going investigation I should not find out about these things from a Facebook group it is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. If they can’t tell family then they should not tell random friends who only know them as “cop friend” in their phone

Witnessed a minor car accident today. Called Amy at the PD; she was very alert, attentive and kind in taking the info for the call. An officer arrived in 12 minutes and instructed both the members involved how to proceed. Everyone was safe and calm. Thank you Foley PD for your service!

Ladarrell James aka pocket works at Lamberts as a cook sells spice and other drugs out of the back of Lamberts he keeps it in his car in the green car he keeps in the door panel of his car or in the glove box and his mom just bought a silver Pontiac until the green car and get fix he goes out there and smokes in his car on break and also deals right out the back door
