I would like to express my concerns regarding my experience with Foley. I engaged their services with the expectation of receiving assistance in achieving compliance for my business. However, prior to signing up, I felt pressured by their representatives to commit to their services. Unfortunately, the plan that was sold to me did not align with reality. After making the payment, I was provided with a contact number that never answered. When I attempted to reach out for corrections, I was informed that I would need to pay again, despite having submitted the corrected and signed documents. Recently, I learned that the reason companies were unable to locate me in their system was due to my MC number not being active. This has resulted in significant setbacks and additional expenses. I had hoped to ensure my business remained compliant, but my experience with Foley has caused me considerable frustration and financial strain. I trusted their assurances regarding the services I paid for, only to feel misled in the process. I have made multiple attempts to contact their representatives via phone, email, and text, but have only received sporadic responses. My request for a manager to follow up has gone unanswered since last week. It appears that the focus of the company is more on financial gain than on providing adequate service to their clients. As a small business owner and trucker seeking compliance, I would advise others to exercise caution when considering Foley's services. My experience has led me to involve the Attorney General, as I refuse to allow Foley to take advantage of my hard-earned money. The amount I invested, ranging from $1,200 to $2,000, is substantial, and I feel that I did not receive the value I expected. I cannot recommend their services. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHARKS!

The amount of phone calls, emails, and texts from this company is harassment at this point. It is truly bothersome that information was given to this company (and many others like it) for them harass me while I am trying to correctly get stuff handled and taken care of. Their response to my DOT application is completely unwelcome and unnecessary.

Stay away from this company if you want to succeed. They hold drug test 3 weeks while taking payments and sending randoms. When you contact them they act as if they have no idea what you’re talking about. Never heard of a drug testing form expiring. This is the worse company ever STAY AWAY FROM FOLEY SERVICES

If anyone else is being continuously harassed via text, email, or phone calls from this trash of a company please get in touch with me. I I'm currently pressing charges against them in Virginia for continuous harassment after they have been informed multiple times by multiple means that I wish to be left alone by them. I have never done business with them, but they simply cold call, cold email, or cold text for multiple different email addresses and phone numbers. Nothing but a scam

Everyone do your own research before messing with these people lost over $400 and wasted a day of my time. I would recommend going on the fmcsa website to do your research as far as compliance. They are extremely rude and will harass you on the phone just to make a sale they are nothing but a bunch of corporate sharks out to get your money. The guy on the phone was extremely narcissistic he guilt triped me like it was all my fault he lost his bonus, it took forever just to cancel everything.

Do not do business with these scammers! First, got tricked into assuming they were with FMCSA then after finding out that they were in bad business, I decided to cancel right away(same day) They promised to refund me (both my agent Timothy and an agent from higher up called Cindy Gagne promised about 5-6 times different times I called and asked that id get a full refund) The refund is no where to be seen, they only refunded less than half and said they did all the work already for the rest
