I haven't had the pleasure of working with Fitapelli & Schaffer, and I hope their approach to immediate litigation isn't influenced by the selection of characters they choose. It seems to me that there might be some unethical practices at play, perhaps even sexism within the law firm. Fingers crossed that this isn't the case.

I would highly recommend Fitapelli & Schaffer and Frank Mazzaferro is excellent. After speaking with a receptionist, Frank called me the same day and spent quite a while on the phone with me listening to my concerns and explaining the law to me. He answered all of my questions and was always quick to respond to emails or phone calls with more questions. Frank was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough; I don’t believe I could’ve gotten better answers or advice from any other firm.

I spoke to Armand Ortiz, a supposed partner of the firm. He asked me questions after I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone about my circumstances. He said he called me and I did not answer the phone which was a lie because I was waiting by the phone for someone to call me. After I tell him about my situation, he asks me who my clients were, I tell him, and then he said to me, “We only handle class action cases. We not do cases like this.” REALLY? How come your intake person did not know that? Why even call me and waste my time and upset me more? Then why ask me who my clients were? I thought maybe he was helping my old employer find out information. Beware is all I can say.

Thank God for the person who created REVIEWS! READ carefully and consider! The people that works under attorney Frank they are so unprofessional I mean to the highest level I've been lied to for more than 6 months like literally lieing just to say anything to get someone off the phone to make it look like they're trying to help you I was supposed to receive a settlement I was told it was sent out later to find out it was never sent out so the so called excuse was wrong address now I've spoken with 3 different women that works for him one said the payment was sent out the other said oh sign this email and at the top it says will receive within 7 business days and that was signed a month ago now another miss comes and say a whole different story I told them let me speak with the attorney they'll say ok we'll give him the message and again the lies they come off like they're trying to help but at heart it's all a run around game and this has been over 2 years and i never spoken with the attorney ever this whole time and that shouldn't ever be this is foolishness anyone who is reading this you should look for another attorney
