I mailed a Mitchel and ness jersey back for a return. Fed ex made a mistake with the tracking number I had me fisher call them and figured it out but during the time we both thought it was lost me fisher offered to pay me for my jersey and took full responsibility and communicated with me the whole time. This provided me with peace of mind and much apprection. Mr Fisher got the actual tracking number and it was resolved but the fact he took responsibility and offered to pay for it goes a long way. I fully recommend his business and very satisfied with the customer service and communication... Thankyou much appreciated

They want $2 for a simple receipt to ship something that already has a FedEx ship label. I'm sorry but that's a racket. If the guy doesn't want to offer any kind of proof that you drop something off then I sure as heck ain't going to drop my stuff off there. He doesn't care about the shipping component of what he's doing. It's just to help drive business inside where he wants to rent you a bike.

Edit: Sir, I did not say anything rude. I asked for a receipt and you told me it would cost $2. I questioned this as it did not sound right. I said "$2 for a receipt?" And then you waved me off and told me to go to the corporate FedEx ship center. As I was leaving, a woman who was exiting Vons at the time said that she didn't know there was a FedEx drop off right there. I told her that you wanted $2 to print me a receipt for shipping my box. She shook her head and said that doesn't sound right. I drove all the way to San Luis Obispo to go to the FedEx ship center on Fiero Lane. I told them the same thing and they said that doesn't sound right, while handing me the receipt. She said "oh you should go to Fisher drop off instead." I told the woman, "that's who it was! That's who I went to, and the man wanted $2 for a receipt."

So there are the facts, sir. I would advise you to revise your policy, or keep it the same. I don't care. It's funny that you mentioned a videotape as if you are portraying me as some sort of obnoxious customer. I was in no way rude, obnoxious, or irate. I'm just letting people know the facts. You want $2 to print out a basic receipt. You should put a sign up next to the FedEx drop off sign. That is what is disingenuous.

Great place for everything...right in the middle of Vons Store in front...got copies for inexpensive and may buy a ebike, nice service! I will go back!

Mr Fisher is a very nice gentleman that owns a real estate business and offers FedEx drop off next to Vons. In speaking with him I found out that none of the FedEx drop ship locations have a way of scanning a QR code. I spoke with Puma, they emailed me a return label then Mr Fisher printed it out and sent my return merchandise. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend the Fishers for all your Fed Ex needs in Grover beach. I needed help returning a large box of furniture to bye sellet and Robert helped me bring the box into the store while his wife (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) was able to print the return Fed Ex label provided by the seller. I received a seller’s refund the same day.

I came in to ship a package via a Fed Ex QR code. Robert didn’t have that ability to do so at this location, but was more than willing to help me out. In the end we were able to get the package shipped a different way. I appreciated his time in helping me so I didnt have to find a new FedEx location!

Sing on door give the hours of operation. I went to drop off a FedEx package during those hour and they weren’t there. Call first.

Additional information in response to owner: I walked into the Vons at about 11:15am on Thursday, April 27. There is a sign on the door (you're right, it is not a sing, but thanks for being petty over a typo) that gives the hours, to include breaks for lunch starting at noon. Nobody there.

I walked around to the Vons Customer Service desk to inquire, which took about five minutes of waiting and trying to find answers. No luck.

Returned to the Fisher office and still nobody there. So, my recommendation is that you call first. Simple. No judgement, and I would have tried your office another time had your response here been more along the lines of, "Sorry we missed you; hope you try us again."

I stand by what I said. Your response, however, calling me out for posting "not true" information deserves a candid response. If you're going to double down that you were there when you weren't, you are not somebody I'd do business with. Caveat emptor. Fortunately, there are lots of other places to send a FedEx package.
