AVOID FISHER & ASSOCIATES...! I was rear~ended by a LandStar 18~wheeler, back in 2016. I not only took pictures of the offending vehicle, I also spoke with 911 & then the Colorado Highway Patrol, before making the mistake of contacting this legal firm to handle things for me, as I had my hands full being already disabled before this accident. Fisher & Associates failed in their responsibility to advise me of what actions to take after the accident, even getting the date of accident incorrect, so initially nobody could even locate my 911 call.

Long story short, they dropped my case, and even when I straightened out their mess and got what I needed, it was too late. This accident destroyed my life, yet when I called them back with my new information, the secretary told me that "they weren't currently accepting any new cases...", as if she was reading it off a cue card. A law firm not accepting cases? That's akin to 7~11 closing on Christmas Day; it just doesn't happen.

My statute of limitations runs out on 5/18/19, and I'm currently in the process of lodging a complaint with the state against Fisher and Associates, which hopefully gets their privileges to practice Colorado law revoked, in my opinion making Denver a safer place for all drivers who need competent legal representation, something I firmly believe I was unjustly denied.

* Spoke with Paul Fisher, his response? "We expect our clients to be honest with their date of loss.". lol... Like I had an accident and then intentionally gave them false information... Paul's own internal documents show I gave the correct DOL, and then they screwed it up, so we'll keep going until we win this... and we will win this.
