I had started looking around for different attorneys after my previous firm was not able to help me further with locating and contacting the Doctors they had referred me too. I reach out to First Pacific Law as they were recommended by a respectable firm. I spoke with Jean the intake person a few times in regards to my case for them to gather the facts. Police report etc, I wanted to speak to Ronan by phone at the very least to get a feel for what he could do for me and so I could explain my current obstacles with my current attorney. When I finally spoke with Ronan he told me he was very busy and could not speak with me, I asked him what I could expect different between him and my previous lawyer, I could hear his smirk over the phone and proceeded to tell me he didn't have time to speak with me. I figured since it was the holidays maybe we could catch up another future date. Then shortly after, my current attorney reached out and dropped my case because they said Ronan had reached out to them and told them he was taking over. All of this happened before I even signed any paperwork with Ronan and then I was left without any legal representation jeopardizing my case. I called Ronan to speak with him personally by phone to perhaps clear up some mixup, but he was very arrogant and again told me he didn't have time to speak again and that the other firm dropped me because I was a headache, and that he was willing to take me on even with that being the case but he said to look at myself in the mirror and ask myself why the other firm dropped me. I didn't like his tone by phone and again he told me he didn't have time to further speak after only speaking for about 1min and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Its hard to give these people the benefit of the doubt, they have an attitude of I'am an attorney I know everything and you're a peasant type of attitude. They are only looking for clients with big slam dunk cases and are not in it to help their clients. Just the money, I would not recommend this law firm to my friends/family or anyone else.
