I was very impressed with Heather Aragon's prompt responses and making the closing process go very smoothly. I appreciated her persistence in trying to make sure the loan wire got completed and answering any questions (no matter how silly) during the process as a first-time homebuyer.

Overall, I really appreciated First Integrity Title Company and their staff. Everyone was so welcoming including the staff at the DTC office off Ulster when I made my initial deposit. Thanks again First Integrity Title Company. Keep up the good work!

We closed on our home with First Integrity since the sellers chose the title company. Our closing started an hour late because the closer went to the wrong location, although I imagine the closer was late to that location since it doesn’t take an hour to drive from DTC (where he was) to Cherry Creek (where everyone else was waiting). Anyway, after closing the real problems started.
1. We closed on our house at the end of October. 3 months later the HOA still has not received closing documents from First Integrity. First Integrity did not collect the correct fees at closing. Our realtor followed up on this and no meaningful response was received from First Integrity until several weeks later. I just now saw a whole email chain between First Integrity and the HOA management company where First Integrity kept saying they’d “call the buyer” but I’ve never received a call about this.
2. First Integrity sent two checks to our homeowners insurance in November. Multiple attempts were made to discuss why 2 checks were being sent. Both checks were ultimately
cashed then First Integrity stopped payment.

Totally unprofessional from start to finish. If you’re a realtor use a more reputable business.
