3 times this company contacted me about a debt when I asked them to send my documentation, each time they said they would but never did. I refuse to give them my financial information over the phone without proof of the debt and who they are. The last time the customer services Mayra hung up me.

They called me about a charge from 4 years ago. I call to get information and both customer representatives gave me attitude. They were very unprofessional and rude all because I asked for information about my account. I never received any written responses and when I looked in my account I didn't see anything from the company they claimed I rented a car from. I asked the rep why am I just now hearing about it years later and he said we will get it when we can.

This company called me this morning about a debt collection when all my debts are going through chapter 7.
They called me, so it's obvious they had my information but wouldn't provide me any information when I requested.
Claimed they only had the last 4 of my phone number when again they called me and wanted me to give them all my personal information.
Obviously a scam but I will be giving this information to my lawyer.

Terrible Staffing Agency! Everything that the reviews states, is 100% True. They are a very shady business practice & I would not recommend. I was placed into a job assignment by people who I never met before & they only seemed to have “One client” their response to my inquires was continuously “I don’t have anything else” only to be laid off after my 90 days. What a joke! Do better FFAM360!!!

The persistent communication from the company has escalated my anxiety to an unbearable level, to the point where I feel overwhelmed and on the brink of a mental breakdown.

Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, my financial situation has drastically deteriorated, leaving me struggling to manage even the most basic of expenses. Currently, I am only able to cover my rent, and I am desperately trying to find a way to stabilize my finances and regain control of my life. However, my attempts to communicate this FFAM 360 have been met with a disheartening lack of empathy.

It feels as if the company is indifferent to the real-life challenges I am facing. The pressure to make payments, regardless of my circumstances, has been suffocating. I often find myself wishing they would understand that my financial difficulties are not borne out of negligence, but rather a series of unfortunate events that have led me to this point.

As someone who prides myself on being honest and trustworthy, it is incredibly disheartening to encounter representatives who seem robotic and apathetic. When I attempt to explain my situation and my inability to commit to payments at this time, I am met with a cold response that lack any understanding or compassion.

This experience has been truly overwhelming, and I hope that by sharing my story, it may resonate with those have faced similar struggles. It is vital for companies like FFAM360 to recognize the human side of their business and to approach their clients with kindness and understanding, especially in these challenging times.

Like many of the other reviews have mentioned, this company is very infuriating to deal with. While the company is a real company, they unfortunately purchase debt sold to them by scammers and then will come after you as the consumer to try and get that debt paid off.

Here’s some tips on how to handle them 🙂
- Only communicate in writing. They will harass you over the phone.
- Keep a detailed record of every time they contact you. Excessive contact, especially outside of normal business hours, is grounds for a harassment claim against them.
- Ask for debt verification. If they provide false documentation, this violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices act.
- Report harassment and violations to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission and your state’s attorney general
- Monitor your credit. If this company eventually reports this false claim on your credit, you might be able to get it expunged. Maintain any evidence you have that this debt is fraudulent to share with your credit bureau.
- Do not provide any additional information to this company. Make sure they are the ones providing information. You will find a lot of the information they provide is false.

Hopefully this was helpful! (Oh and don’t even bother emailing their compliance email… it’s not a valid address)

We received a letter that was borderline fraudulent, names spelled wrong, multiple addresses, clearly they had the wrong person. We don't have any debt to begin with nor have we ever done business with the business collecting the debt so I wanted to ensure that our address and name was removed so this would not follow us anywhere.

Was greeted by the absolute rudest person on the planet who refused to believe us, interrogated us and they got beyond nasty when I simply asked if this would stop all further communication. What an absolute joke of a "company", please get your information straight before you harass innocent people!

Update as of 8/1, they’re still calling. They’re still refusing to believe they have the wrong person. They’re claiming it’s a case of stolen identity and it’s our problem but refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. They said we should file a police report but when we checked our credit reports there’s nothing there? When we say stop calling and figure your information out, maybe they should do that and stop harassing people who have nothing to do with your information keeping issues.

(I’m also literally not posting the name of the individual you keep calling to specifically harass but next time you do, remove her contact information from your list. If you prefer this review come from her, I have no problem swapping it over. Thanks)

And as you can see from their response, they literally just love to argue for the sake of arguing. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get them to leave us alone, it would be appreciated!

Got a call from rude a** Gary Hall saying I was in a car accident and my insurance wasn't valid and that I'm supposed to pay for damages.Talked about a police report that doesn't exist. Called my insurance company. They have no clue what this guy is talking about. According to him though my insurance company is suing me. Someone needs to make an end to them harassing people.

Follow up: An account in my name? Lmao ok then. Well why don't you mail me you alls demand. No legitimate company would harass people with phone calls. Don't contact me ever again!
